Sequence Cards
Facet5 sequence cards are an excellent way of increasing awareness of a group’s communication style. They can be used as a stand-alone activity or integrated into a team development day. The activity requires the group to put the cards into sequence on the floor face down, without viewing each other’s cards. This creates engagement and energy in the group. Time commitment for an average size group is 30 minutes.
The debrief of the activity is provided and focuses on the roles each person took, their communication and listening approach, how the group worked together to solve the problem and what does good communication look like.
