The TeamScape Toolkit includes the following:
Image cards:
Ideal for facilitation and teaming, coaching and development workshops.
Photographic stock images printed on durable (just smaller than) A6 sized cards. Approx. 56 cards included per pack.
Used during team sessions, they can be used creatively in different ways – as ice-breaker exercises and / or to represent personality traits.
Particularly useful in helping people to articulate their particular personality strengths and risks.
Coaching Cards:
50 double sided colour printed cards [10 cards per Factor]
Durable vinyl card and box
Facilitator Guide:
Printed A4, spiral bound colour document

Ribbon:
Fabric ribbon that has a 1 to 10 scale printed on it. Approx. 3m. Available in green, yellow, red, blue or pink.
Used during team sessions, it is a great shared experience to reveal collective personalities as you move through the factors and subfactors.
Very powerful as it helps people to visualise their own preference in relation to others.
